Adrienne Stork



Adrienne Stork is a Senior Program Manager for Supply Chain Accountability at the Rainforest Alliance, where she manages the Accountability Framework initiative (AFi), a collaborative effort that aims to accelerate progress by companies towards meeting their 2020 commitments to ending deforestation and all forms of human exploitation from their supply chains.

Prior to joining the Rainforest Alliance, she was based in Haiti with UN Environment, where she led the development of UNEP’s Green Economy portfolio, including development of niche value chains in and around protected areas and critical coastal ecosystems in the southwestern region of the country. Her experience prior to working in Haiti included the development of strategic partnerships and joint UN policies, trainings and programming around natural resource management and value chain development in post-conflict and peacebuilding contexts, including in Cote d’Ivoire, DRC, Rwanda, Sudan, Uganda, and Aceh/Indonesia, with UN Environment, UNDP, UN Women, the Peacebuilding Support Office and the UNCTAD BioTrade Initiative.

Stork earned her M.A. in International Environment Policy at the Middlebury Institute for International Studies at Monterey and a B.S. in Environmental Studies from UNC-Asheville.
